Pluto: The Corpse-Reviver; week of 9/30- 10/6
Are some of those memories creeping back from the dead to haunt you once more? When you hear that knock on the door, don’t bother looking through the peephole, it’s Pluto.
Topics that you thought were dead and buried come back for reflection this week. But what’s the deeper message? The only constant in nature is change. We are always changing and our relationship with our past can constantly evolve with us. In this weird way, distance (across time) can make the heart grow fonder... or not! Maybe the lesson is to forgive, or have more compassion for past-you. Conversely, maybe the lesson is that you shouldn’t have been so nice after all.
Pluto is relentless, and we can therefore abnormally obsess about something that maybe we shouldn’t... but often, if you stay with it and keep digging, there will be a treasure waiting for you. We can’t possibly process traumatic or difficult events in a single day, so we bury it and move on— until Pluto, the corpse-reviver comes along and says, there is more to break down; there is more to process; my, my, look how much you’ve grown. ☠️
Pluto in a square with Venus brings up hurts around relationships- past and present. All relationships are complex because we are complex. The upside of this transit is that it can bring people closer together. A couple that can face the complexities of life together can deepen their love from topical romance to an immense trust and the baring of one’s soul. Leave it to Pluto to peel back the layers...
It’s definitely a week of deep diving, contemplating the dance of life and death and the greater forces of nature that live within and without us. What is your Pluto story? I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a comment or send me an email! We are in this together.
Lots of love,
Catherine
