Rescheduling

We’ve all been there. Sometimes we need to change our plans at the last minute. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so within your confirmation email up to 72-hours before your appointment. If you’re having issues with rescheduling on your own, feel free to reach out. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible so that I have time to fill your appointment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your appointment up to 72-hours prior to your appointment. You may do this from your confirmation email, or you may contact me for assistance. Cancellations made prior to the 72-hour window receive a refund minus the booking fees collected by my platforms. Because of this, I would recommend rescheduling rather than cancelling.

Your time is valuable, as is mine. I always spend time familiarizing myself with your astrological chart before we meet. Cancellations within the 72-hour window leading up to their appointment are not entitled to a full refund. Cancellations within 72-hours of the appointment will be subject to a courtesy fee of $50 subtracted from their refund.

No-Shows

I have zero tolerance for no-call-no-shows. This used to happen to me all the time as hairstylist, which didn’t allow us no time to contact anyone on the waiting list. Reminder emails are send out 48-hours in advance. No-call-no-show’s forfeit any refund or rescheduling whatsoever. I spend time preparing charts before each consultation. Even if something arises last minute, please take a moment and email me so that we can find a solution together. As a parent, my time is super valuable. Please let me know if sometimes urgent arises.

Emergencies unfortunately happen. If you are unable to contact me prior to your appointment, please contact me and explain your situation as soon as possible.

Late Policy

Running late? No worries. Although it will cut into our scheduled time together.
